Frank and I have both been to Rome twice before so on this trip we arrived just one day before our cruise departed. We did a quick tour of some of the well know sights like the Spanish steps, "The Birthday cake" the Trevi fountain where we tossed coins for good luck and a special wish. We also dined at our most favorite restaurant in the Piaza Navona called "Tres Scalini" where Dave's ties to the Vatican still pulls weight for a reserved front row table outside.
