The port call of Tunis had special meaning for me because my brother Wynn taught architecture here in the Peace Corps about 35 years ago. i can remember the photo's and stories he told from his days in this exotic far away land and I knew one day i would see these sights for myself. i couldn't get the thoughts of Wynn out my head all week as we saw impressive architecture in Berlin, Barcelona and now Tunis. Our Tour in Tunisia included a stop in the Medina or Markets of Tunisia and the archaeological sights at Carthage., which to me was just another pile of rocks.
