2008 was our first trip to Whistler BC so we were excited to return in 2009. This year Paul & Jane
Lammerding from San Ramon joined us and we all had a great time together. Paul and Jane made the trip a lot more fun and extra special. Paul & Jane encouraged us to go to the very top "
Summit" of both Whistler and
Blackcomb mountains which is something Frank & I had never done before. Being at the
Summit felt like walking on the moon because there were no trees and just rock and snow! It also felt like something out of a James Bond movie so needless to say Frank was thrilled. This year the "Peak to Peak" gondola opened and we traveled from one
mountain top to another by a gondola with a glass bottom floor. We had so much fun with Paul and Jane we look forward to another ski trip in the future together.
